I've ordered four plants so far and the first three came in summer time and arrived so healthy they were a thai con pothos neon and a red prayer plant recently i ordered an alocasia fry deck and it came wilted im sure from cold delivery in winter and they refunded me within minutes and gave me advice on what to do!!! such an amazing company
