Okay app
The app is somewhat functional - but I’ve experienced a few issues: 1. Trouble signing in - the CTAs were not responsive after I entered my details. Had to close and reopen app twice for them to work 2. The list of classes shows cancelled classes - so I have to try and sign up multiple times for different classes until I find the one that’s not cancelled The classes and studio are great though :)
Poorly designed app bad UX
This app is not user friendly at all. It’s difficult to navigate a first time user to sweat instead of box, and the promo codes don’t work. Very frustrating.
Slick app
One of the best gyms in London.
Last version is buggy
The last app version crashes on my iPhone iOS 15.6. The app used to work very well with previous versions but now I can’t book classes or instructors (some are hidden) or even see the full details of my account, all dates are reset back to 31 Dec. 2000 in the purchase history too. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not fix it.
Useful new features
New features allow booking of SWEAT classes, plus a whole bunch of other stuff. Easy to use. Bug free as far as I can see. Better than most "gym" apps.
