新規会員登録ができない
バス利用者で、一日乗車券があることを知り登録しようとメールアドレスを入力、送信したものの確認メールの返信が来ない。いろんなメールアドレスで試したみたが確認メールが来ない。ぜひ改善してください。
チケットが買えない
クレジットカードを登録しようとしたが、確定できずロード中のままです。ahamoでも楽天でも宿泊先のホテルWi-Fiでも確定できません。滞在中10回以上アプリでの乗車券購入を試みましたが、できませんでした。アプリで１日乗車券を買えたら便利だったのに、残念。
