They don’t deliver books

No customer support, nothing to resolve your queries. A big thug company taking money from its users and doing nothing in return.

Their conceller has convened me to take their course even they told me that if you don’t like it you will get your refund. After purchasing this course they are not listening to me even they are not replying my messages. Please stay away from this app, this is totally fraud. Even their conseller misbehaving with me.

Please provide speed controller for ipad version of app.

Nothing for SSC aspirants…. Such a shame

You must provide the option to select video streaming speed. This is a major flow in the application as watching the videos at normal speed is a waste of time often when videos are to be watched for revision etc. Update the playback speed as soon as possible to make the to make the videos available in the application of some utility

Worst coaching platform . Am calling last one month but no solution provided by the Byjus . Pls don’t buy subscription from the Byjus

Don’t take these subscriptions regarding on byjus brand because they don’t know how to deal and they give you fake statements just like for only you we made a discount of 20% it’s okay with marketing strategy but after that they will hire you a mentor who’s behaviour will be we I don’t know and they keep on changing and am talking about my scenario am having IAS TABLET PROGRAMME where they have to provide me 18 books and talk about June/July 2023 and my subscription is ending on December 2024 at 1st when I ask them about they politely told me syllabus got changed the books are gone for reprinting then after 2 month when I ask for books they replied back by telling the books are out of stock ,is this a book am buying from online sites how it could be you must know how much you have to then I wrote several mails and call then no response wherever any reply came as please send your address details I thought books as in stocks now am getting but today i got call January 28 2024 that they are now providing the e-books then what the reason if someone is spending 60-70 thousand and getting these short of service this is my experience with byjus . Don’t waste your money

Disappointed with @BYJUS! Applied for MBA CAT prep on Oct 31, followed cancellation policy, got refund confirmation email, but it's been 45+ days and still no refund. Unacceptable delay and poor customer service. Fraud Fraud Fraud. Don’t waste your hard earned money #BYJUSRefundDelay #CustomerServiceFail

This is a fake app. Whole staff is fraud. I paid 5000 fees and classes were not started and when I asked for refund they are not able to refund the same. Its been 3 months and I am continuously following up for my refund and every time their team make different stupid excuses. Fraud Fraud Fraud. Stop making fools of students. No one response, no one has answer they just says that they will connect with the update after 5 minutes and their 5minutes are of 30days.
