No customer support and unprofessional mentors , in spite of assessing ward’s improvement through BYJU’S app they as ask me how is your ward doing. They do not prepare them self or make any assessment. Just waste of money!!

My tablet was not switching on. Requested many complaints but not attended by them. Now my ward is with no tablet, no telephonic support and having 3 year subscription still on. This is great scam run by the founders.
Cancel process is fake. Not cancel in 15 days.
I have very very bad experience with byjus because i trust very easy on byjus course. Byjus employ told me if you want cancel your product in 15 days without any problem. Buy product on 12 feb 2020 and my child don't understand patterns of byjus so i cancel and do the mail on cancellation@byjus on 25 feb 2020 but till 3/5/2020 approx 70 days but still not cancel my product and i also doing mail on daily base but they not cancel my product. I received call from headoffice and my child also talk to byjus and told uncle i don't understand your pattern but i have to waiting for cancellation. So its review for every parent because you should buy course after understand otherwise you dont cancel your product like me. My 80k rs stuck in bujus. Please cancel my product and refund my amount.
Good App
A very good app for the Parents to know about the activities of their child who is using Byjus App Tablet.
Too much over priced, not worth for the price
It’s good but not worth for 45,000INR. This app is over priced and consider just videos for learning not more than anything.
