Why the bykea partner app is removed from the apple store i need answer i am a bykea partner and i can not use my id now how can i use it??

I’ve been facing this problem since two days now , the fares don’t show up after I select the drop off location .. please fix this

while booking a ride, i’m facing an issue. the app is not proceeding to fix the ride fare, nor is it aligned on my phone screen. i’ve been facing this issue since i upgraded my software version to ios 17.5.1

Whenever BYKEA is booked many destinations do not appear on the screen they should be added like Uber and Careem. Moreover, tentative fare should also appear, receipts for the travel should be sent to the email addresses of the respective customers after completion of travel.

Bykea has become the worst app among all. Riders don’t accept the ride or charge more than it should be. GPS is having issues too. It doesn’t show the real time location of rider as well as the customer. Wallet option should be there too. Otherwise I have to stop using it.

They are scammers forces me to use their app again. They took double payment on a courier delivery and put my hard earn money in their app. And I can’t take out my money. Done use their app.
