In my experience, it’s a very goofy layout. The app crashes a lot and gives errors. It’s not intuitive at all. Like you go to write a memo for a Zelle and you click the X button to complete it. All other apps the x usually means cancel. It’s like a 12-year-old programmer on his first try.

Love how easy and safe this is to deposit checks

I’ve been doing all my business banking with Byline for 15years. No issues. Great bank & people.

The process is reasonably straightforward but you must get completely through it before it alerts you that the picture of the check is not clear/legible. It would be better if that were determined as each side of the check is photographed.

So far Byline Bank has been working really well. It is simple and to the point of handling things as a bank should.

I have been with line bank from the beginning even before it was Bayline bank and the two other banks it was prior to it. I love this bank. The people are so wonderful and helpful and it’s so easy to deposit checks and check on everything. great website great bank.

They’re all in capitals. It’s very difficult to read. Why?
