Every single year it is 5.99 to upgrade the app with the new statutes. This year it went up to 8.99. This entire book is FREE at the ca legislation website online, just have to bookmark it as opposed to having an app. Why make people buy it for 8.99 a year? Ripoff.
This app is great resource and nice to have readily available. The most frustrating and disappointing thing is that all my bookmarks that I have personally organized and setup disappeared only because the new version has been released for purchase. Because I didn’t renew this app, it automatically erases deletes any thing bookmarked
I have used a lot of vehicle code apps. This one is good. You can save the sections you need and use the app offline if you do not have cell service where you are at. You can look up codes pretty easy. Best to see what you will need and save it before need it in the field.
The ap is ok but if you are looking for a specific vehicle code that deals with a certain topic, you won’t be able to find it unless you know the exact verbiage used in the CVC.
Works great. Definitely recommend for LEO use. Beats carrying VC book with you.
