“浙江CA互认”APP是将移动端数字证书技术应用于浙江省公共资源交易领域，交易主体通过“浙江CA互认”即可在线申领“浙江省公共资源交易服务平台”所需的数字证书，以完成招投标过程中的身份认证、电子签章、文件加解密等业务功能，数字证书全省通用。
【手机存证，方便证书管理】
不再依赖USB key实体锁作为CA存储介质，将CA数字证书融入移动客户端，通过“浙江CA互认”APP即可使用数字证书，还可以灵活授权使用人，规避因实体锁混用或丢失而影响业务交易的情况。
【掌上申办，提高交易效率】
只需一部智能手机即可完成证书申领业务流程，免去资料邮寄、现场办理等繁琐步骤。通过手机扫码实现交易过程中电子签章、数据加解密等功能，促进交易高效进行。
【安全认证，规范交易行为】
企业CA数字证书与每个实名认证的手机用户实现绑定，精确记录CA数字证书使用人及其操作记录，便于信息溯源，构筑更加安全可控的交易环境。
