Great diet, app needs a bit more substance
I have been on is diet for 3 days now. I have lost 5 pounds. It is strict, but easy enough. I am rarely hungry, and I can always eat something when I am hungry. Foods are normal to any grocery store. The soup is easy to make. I have had LOADS of energy the past few days. There are a couple extra recipes that arrive each day which is nice, but I wish they were available at the beginning of the diet so I could shop for them early. (before I need them) Also, those recipes disappear the next day, why? I also wish there was more Information on the type of diet itself. I would like to know why it is working so well for me. I have tried several other diets and grossly restricted calories and lost no weight, I would like to know what is so different about this diet. Teach me the theory behind this diet so I can keep the weight off.
