The drivers hired by these people are dishonest and for resolution if you go to their support team who will not help you resolving any issue.

Boycott this car service, they are fraud.

Never trust this app it is fraud!! They keep changing the drivers unofficially and then blame you later on. Do not trust this app. Their customer service is also pathetic.

Firstly they took booking at a lesser price and didn’t not allot the car.The day before the pick up they requested me to increase the quote and i agreed.Then they shared car and driver details.Driver called me for pick up location.2 hour before the pick up time in the morning they again called and told that alloted car broke down.Overall worst experience.Then i booked the car for the same route from Goibibo.Goibibo is good and reliable app for cab booking.Used it 3-4 times for cab booking during the same trip.Cars where decent and as per category selected.Drivers actually reported before scheduled time.

I wish pick up and drop locations can be added more accurately like it happens on Google Maps or an Uber

I booked a round trip from Mumbai to lonavala. As per their policy the trip covers local sightseeing. But when we reached there the drived just covere 3 points around the station and said that 180kms is over. But as per our calculations it was only 126kms. It refused to go to many point and asked to travel by booking own auto. The cab was not even comfortable and was broken from front which mean it was not properly repaired. When I complained for excess kms, the customer executives asked me for GPS tracked location whereas the cab did not have the GPS. The customer executive denied to help woth any resolution. Just never book any cab from cab bazaar. They are fraud and their drivers are also fraud.
