Please fix. App not loading again.

I agree with all the other reviewers about this app. Frustrating to use so it puts you off even shopping the site.

When it works it’s a great app, but it doesn’t always work. I often get a pink dot that appears to be buffering & buffering…eventually a blank white page appears. My stylist has contacted cabi & I have consistently tried everything they have suggested, to no avail. Delete app, wait awhile, sometimes overnight, reinstall, still the same issue. Just to qualify, I have an iPhone that is listed by cabi as being compatible & I have all the latest updates. Great app when it works, but it’s getting very frustrating!

I clicked “ remember me”. It doesn’t. I put all my cabi clothes in my closet and then clicked the weekly wardrobe and it showed me outfits with clothes I don’t have. How is that helping? So not really worth the time. Good thing it’s free.

This app is wonderful, especially once you’ve collected a few Cabi pieces. I love how you can see what new pieces will work with the ones you already own!

It never works. I have been trying to use it to save my favorites but I can get it to open. Great idea, frustrating performance. Please fix it!!

While i love the idea of this app, developers need to fix the constant spinning pink dot.

I’ve clicked on the Canada insignia and now my screen is locked. Any ideas!

I have used this app since spring 2018 and I’m enjoying it more & more as its functionality is improving! I would like to be able to add vintage cabi pieces in my wardrobe or pieces I’ve bought secondhand ❤️

This app has lots of interesting features if you own clothes by Cabi. They put all your purchases into your “closet” then can give you recommendations on what goes with what. If you fill in all the info on your profile it will automatically prefill your sizes making it easier when you go to add an item to your cart. And of course you can look at all the available items by collection, by item type and by look or outfit so they will have an outfit put together and then show you the breakdown of the components. One feature that doesn’t seem to work is the “remember me”. Not sure if this is supposed to make it so I don’t have to log in every time I go into app but if it is then it doesn’t work and it doesn’t even remember my email address as I need to type it in every time. Please fix this. Otherwise this app is a must if you own any clothes by cabi or are going to a cabi party!
