CAE Academy Lite: Cambridge C1

I was charge when I bought the app in apple store, and when using the app, all of the sudden, it seemed I didn’t have the full version so payment was needed again. I paid a second time thinking I would be charged only once but to my surprise, they charged me twice. The exercises are ok and easy to use. Unfortunately the fourth exercise Key word Transformation doesn’t work well. Every time i fill in the answer and click in finish test, the app shuts automatically losing all the answers. The only way to see the right answers is ending the test without doing the exercise - very annoying really. I wish it worked the rest of the exercises that actually are quite good. could you fix this and return second payment please? There is no customer service number/email to claim! Thank you

You cannot even know if your answers were correct, the app ends closing abruptly for no reason. It’s frustrating.

I paid 9,99€ and still can’t use the app.

Transformation test doesn't run: app closes abruptly after finishing the task

The app is great, but transformations test does not work (it closes the app after writing all six sentences). Sou you will end up taking the other three tests but not transformation test.

Al hacer el test la aplicación se cierra por lo que es imposible ver los resultados ni avanzar en los siguientes tests.

Bastante estafa, al finalizar algunos test se cierra la aplicación y no puedes ver los resultados.

Después de darle a corregir se cierra la app y se borra todo lo que hiciste

He pagado y se bloquean los contenidos al darle a corregir, una pena. Por favor, arreglen la aplicación porque es una vergüenza haber pagado para no tener contenidos!
