The scroll bar is only available on the survey page so you have to double tap the screen to move up and down the page to get to the button that takes you to the survey. Completing the survey is ok but sometimes you get a button that doesn’t work so then you are stuck and you cannot complete the survey. Stick with the website because this app is terrible.
I’ve been trying to reset my password however it won’t do anything I also tried click here, that didn’t do anything either.....
Downloaded the app. Couldn’t input my email address to reset my password so clicked on the “click here” button if experiencing problems - that didn’t work either. Frustrating to say the least !
