Harder to get into then my bank, constantly crashes or just won’t load, not intuitive at all, hard to tell how many points you have the quarter, nothing updates, never sync’s to watch.

Frequent crashes not allowing me complete surveys. Bugs need fixing.

Error on redeeming rewards points and taking month without missing reward points return to account. Is there any government agency investigate to see how widespread this issue is?

I love doing all the different programs. I have learned from them and have been motivated. I have learned to take better care of myself.

This is a non-functional app. Needs a lot work.

Not sure what exactly happened but it’s going downhill fast! It used to be a great app! Now after login the programs don’t show up, an error appears “cannot show your programs”. No matter how many times you close, login and it’s all the same! Please fix it! A month later still no changes! Page with my programs is still not available!

Your technology is old and broken

This app is a pain. Having to get a code practically every time you log on is annoying. And needing a second app to track activity and a third for nutrition is also taxing. Why can’t it all be on one.

Page does not exist. Does not sync with Fitbit consistently
