After the when were you born question when I put my age it doesn’t let me continue to the next category

Stuck on Unlimited Access screen

I’m trying to sign up for the app and then I get the screen for unlimited access and there is simply no way to get this screen at all. Basically redeeming the app useless. Unless the app is only accessed through subscription then sure but it says only for unlimited so I’m confused
