Cal bank is the worst app They keep on deducting money from your account despite the minimum balance being 50 cedis
I can’t withdraw when I deposit and when I call them they have been buys for 7 hours that’s what they want to tell me
I would’ve rated this 5 stars but it has some few floors. I tried to add a MOMO account but it keeps on prompting MAXIMUM MOMO ACCOUNT EXCEEDED. I deleted already existing ones to put in a new one but still gives me same message
Very poor useless and good for nothing app, how come on a Friday and j can’t login into my account all these fools keep telling you in authenticating. What are you Authenticating? Your great grandmothers? Please get good or USA grade 6 developers so we Ghanian uses can stop suffering from this useless joke you guys call an app. Kwasiasem………..
I’m trying to send money to my account, but it’s not letting me , why’s your app too slow ? I just hate it tbh, try and do something about it .suckers
Your app is trash, your banking systems and card are all a failed attempt to be a bank. Mimimum balance in account is always changed, card cant pay into most sites, customer service is slow and never resolves any issues. Just close down all your branches and sell it to the government. I’ll never bank with CalBank again
It’s been a while this service is messing up with me
I have issues generating/requesting my Statement via the app. I have been to the head office twice to update my email and contact twice but I still don’t receive any statement after requesting through the app
I like the features that are incorporated in the app but still can’t imagine what kind of developer produced this. Most functions simply doesn’t work.
