Great core fxnality, missing file import and pre-event setup
For the price this app is ridiculously good and clean as far as tracking multiple runners (esp distance) on a track - enabling you to capture splits and archive individual race results and upload those as files. The app, with a few additional features is at least a $5.99 app and probably a $9.99 app. Honestly, I think it would be a great 9.99 or 5.99 per year subscription app. There is simply nothing else as clean out there today. What’s missing: - the ability to select from a standard list of “events” for your meet - I.e. 1600m, 800m, 3200m, etc. -the ability to “stage” your meet by creating the meet and then assigning runners to events and saving that. Then when you are at your meet, you simply work through the events already staged for that day. - importing from a file directly as opposed to pasting csv text into a dialog box. This should allow csv or tab delimited inputs. NiceToHaves: - different multi-runner timing displays - especially one or more that conserve space so you don’t have to scroll if you have more than four runners in an event. - ability to add “competitor” runners (generic is fine) that are visually different from your runners so that you could choose to capture one or more of their splits - seamless data sharing between my devices (this should only be available via subscription and would be a motivator for choosing that purchase type). The app seems very clean to me so far (day 1). Wouldn’t hesitate to spend the $1.99 on this.
