Really clunky design, barely useable can be better. maybe can make the bus times more obvious and make the design better

Buses

The 3 route … every weekday I see this. They get bunched up after 5:45 and come within a few min of each other with invariably a large gap either before or after the bunch up. These need to be spaced out more even … and why can’t we see a map that indicates exactly where busses are instead of “expected arrival “ in minutes ?

Bad app

This app is horrible , hard to use and inaccurate 😡

BUS STOP “SNOW” REVIEW!

BYLLSKI5 on

Canada

I thought I had it tough navigating the Transit System while using a cane? Then after our recent snowfall, I saw a couple of old timers with walkers. How can CT expect anyone to SAFELY get off of a bus when the ramp deploys into MIDAIR!!!! Guess I don’t have it too bad after all. The app seems to work better than phoning in for information? Thanks for asking about the App. Take good care and enjoy the day! 👍

Terrible

Google maps knows more and is much easier to get info from

Take Calgary Transit they say

App is horribly inaccurate and practically useless. Buses don’t show up at estimated times. Route 131 may be the worst and CT does nothing about it. Sometimes 2 or 3 other routes (117, 151, 90, 5, 24) pass by before a 131. How is this good planning and management?

This is complicated

Have to uninstall app to change myID

Lisa_987 on

Canada

I created a new myID for a student UPass ahead of starting in September. In order to go back to my main account to access my monthly pass for the last 2 weeks of the month, I had to uninstall and reinstall the entire app. There is a logout function, but no function to login using a different myID. I confirmed this with the the helpdesk. This seems so basic.
