- Only Microsoft OneDrive for Personal accounts (shared) are supported. Please email us if you observe any inconsistencies.
- Due to restriction in Box API, Calibre Sync must acquire write permission in order to download files, download is not a read action on Box. Calibre Sync guarantees that it will not perform any write actions against your data in Box cloud account.
- Calibre Sync use WebDav API of Nextcloud and OwnCloud services, and it requires case sensitive file system to work properly. Therefore, you must make sure that your libraries are set up on case sensitive file system (Linux, recent MacOS, Windows NTFS with case sensitive enabled).

Calibre Sync Reviews

Stopped working

Jfish12 on

It worked the first time I did a sync but then failed on each subsequent atttempt. I would have given it a 5 before then but now it is useless and the developers haven’t responded to any support mesaages.

Very Nice app, and Lovely Hidden Tetris Game

Very Nice app to connect your cloud based Calibre Library and have it mobile. Also Loved the Hidden Tetris Game when clicking the logo of the Calibre App inside the app.

Used to be great

This was my go to app for managing ePubs. I recently had to switch to Box for online storage and, while the app works great between two pcs, the iPad app no longer works (at all). Unfortunately, I want to read epubs on my iPad. Thus, the value of Calibre is dramatically reduced. The fact that there is no support just makes the problem worse.

Ok cool, that’s all I needed

Searchable read-only access to a cloud-located calibre library, which can download a book and punt it over to a compatible reader app. Clean interface, no weird nonsense!

Syncs Most books

The app worked great at first but stopped syncing new books added to Calibre. I hoped that changing cloud services would help but it did not. I wish iCloud worked with this app to try that. It’s been 5 months since the dev said iCloud would be integrated in the near future. With what books I can sync the app is great.

A fan

This app is fantastic. It does what it's supposed to do, but it could use more features like displaying bookshelves, etc. I have both CC and this app; I'm attempting to use this as my primary, but it lacks features. It's a good beginning.

Best Calibre Mobile App

Best app for using your Calibre library On-The-Go.

Not there yet

CamilleSnob on

Wanted to like this app as a replacement for Calibre Companion. Not quite there yet. Had issues connecting to Calibre as a smart device, ultimately went for the connect to server option. Reached out to the developer and never replied back. Some things are not as intuitive as they should be. FAQ needs updating. Even better yet would be a nice YouTube video. Oh well. Let’s see how frequently this app is updated.

Best app ever to connect to your Calibre libraries on the cloud. Very well thought and full of useful features like handling of multiple libraries and local storage of books in a folder accessible with the Files app.
