Works perfectly
It’s a simple app that does what it’s supposed to do. It’s very helpful to keep me on track.

This has not done anything it’s said it would do. It doesn’t sync and I cannot load the health data like it shows through Apple Health.
Great tool to see what caloric deficit or surplus is on watch but recently all it shows is 4 dashes on widget. App on phone works but mainly got this for watch app. Hopefully it gets resolved
I can’t really understand the data. I think every “level” I achieve should be a pound lost. However it says I am on level 18, and I am no where close to losing 18 pounds. I do t know what it’s using for energy expenditure or if it’s just guessing. I know the food is correct. I over enter calories just in case I am not entering it correctly. Also the goal needs to be more clear. I have a 500 deficit set up in my goal. But no where in the trends does it mention making my goal or not. Very confusing. But once the app makes more sense and is more user friendly, this could be a great weight loss tool.
I’ve been looking for an app like this for many years. Finally an app that shows the true net calories and not just activity calories!! Perfect for calories in and calories out diet!
I like this app, integrates well with Apple Health and MFP. Small update that would make this better is if you could customize the weekly start day. Currently it only starts on Sunday.
I like the app but it doesn’t sync with my watch anymore. It’s a bit annoying.
I don’t completely understand how to use this app. I just want to compare if I have a deficit for the week on caloric intake by this seems to do something else. Maybe I just need more time to figure it out.
The widget on the watch is ALWAYS incorrect, even when I refresh/sync it manually. It seems like it screws up when I go over a target? I’m not sure, I can’t figure out what it’s problem is… unfortunately, this is the main reason for getting this app.
Loved it and did exactly what I wanted it to do. Downloaded it this morning. Hasn’t updated my burned calories since then. Linked and unlinked to Apple health, refreshed, everything. Oh well
