This is a great app for home workouts with or without equipment. I love how it even changes your workouts as you master each one which is great for improvements even includes High Intensity workouts.

This app is perfect for me. I really like how it’s personalized just for me and I can target exactly what I want to work on. My favorite part about this app is how it will display a picture of the human body and highlight the areas that you are focusing on. That really helps me put my goals into perspective and helps me visualize what I am trying to accomplish. Really helpful app, i will continue to use it!

Love the fact that none of the exercises are locked in the free version!!! Perfect app I’ve done Calisthenics for over 10 years and this has everything you need!

I NEVER write reviews but I had to for this one. I’ve tried probably every app on this store for calisthenics before coming across this one. It will generate a work out biased on your goals and slowly change out harder and harder workouts overtime! As you get stronger which is super inspiring and feels almost like you’re playing a game which makes it very inspiring to keep coming back for more! Great app overall amazing work seriously a life changing app thank you so much for making this 😩🙏🏾🥹

Great app for practicing at home

I’ve been searching for an app that works like this for many years and I’m so happy to have finally found it! I’m an app designer who loves working out and motivated by learning and mastering new movements. If you like working out for the enjoyment of movement - this is the one! There are many features that sets this a part from the rest.. - It’s movement goal orientated - it then builds a program that’s totally customizable. I find this really motivational because I can see how I’m progressing, and as I go I’m learning new movements. - It tracks strength and flexibility of each body part so it can determine if you are ready for certain movements – I’ve never seen this in any app (And I have seriously looked!) It’s actually really cool. - It’s very modestly priced. The free version gives you a lot, but it’s totally worth having the pro version and I would have paid double or more for this - I love, love, love that I can add my own exercises (this is also something rarely found in the other apps) - There are so many movements, this actually goes way beyond calisthenics, it’s yoga, wushu, even partner stuff. All with videos and thoughtfully categorised with requirements needed and gains that can be achieved. - The too audio timer, is for those static holds that give you 5 second incremental updates - it’s a small feature but totally what you want to hear when your hanging there straining! - Anyway, enough talk.. what have you got to lose, hit download!

Love the app, the exercises list is thorough!

I love that the app creates a progression plan with instructions on how to do the exercises. My least favorite part about working out is having to think about what to do and for how long. This completely removes that burden and makes fitness fun.

I hardly (if ever) write reviews but I just gotta with this app. I’ve been wanting a calisthenics/bodyweight app for years. I’ve tied lots of others but they never felt complete. This app is solid. So awesome how it can make a plan based on your objectives and equipment - just that alone is amazing. It also kicks butt in that it auto advances your skills and progression (I’ve never seen it done as well). And then there are amazing little touches like a timer app that puts timer-only apps to shame. This is it, folks. Not sure if anything will be able to top it. I’m incredibly impressed. It’s also crazy to see updates nearly every time I open the app. Totally worth the subscription price and I’m happy to pay it for such a complete and impressive app. Thank you!!!
