Caliverse Reviews

Nothing will load.

jfksnsbxo. on

United States

I’m on full bars of wi-fi, getting 100+ mbs of speed, and none of the workouts will load. The descriptions aren’t making sense of some of the workouts, so I’d like to look at the videos to figure out how to actually do them, and literally none of them will load. Giving me errors, staying at 100% and still not loading. Nothing works. I’ve tried closing and re opening the app, deleting and re downloading the app , everything. Glad there’s a program, but unfortunate that I can’t do the workouts because I can’t understand some of them and can’t get the videos to learn.

Confusing interface, glitchy

The exercises and media are great, but there is a learning curve with the app. I couldn’t figure out how to use it on my iPhone.

Signup Rage Quit

Adriandp on

United States

Worst signup UI I can remember using. Honestly devs, just ask a friend to signup and watch them. Navigating between question is fussy. Save and Next Question should be one button. When I press Save the Next question button gets covered up. Swipe down the occluding notification, reachability feature brings down my whole screen. Choose to enter weight in pounds.. it defaults to 50lbs?! Easy fixes and your customer isn’t frustrated before ever seeing the product.

Eh

Decent app. It lacks variety and an actual plan. Most plans are the same week through week with no weight or rep progression suggestions. It’s a great starting point for anyone who has zero knowledge other then that it finds it way into repetitive boredom. All the exercises are the same and put into different workouts with different labels like hard medium and easy even though it’s all the same. Eh 🤷🏻‍♂️

Great app

Great app. Only downsides are that the UI is pretty messy. Like I was getting 2 workout schedules and there was no option to delete/cancel one of them. Later on I found out on the forums that one of them was from the previous pre update version. And I had to skip those workout days to delete that program. I also cannot see option to edit/change my workout days. Besides the UI, the programs and workouts are great for anyone from beginners to expert.

Great app

First of all incredible job. This app is really something special not because what it is but what it will become. Though to be honest it is already way more suited for me than anything I have found yet. Right now as a user the one thing I am missing is a note section for my exercises the weight and rep parameters are great but for certain exercises like ab wheel and planche push-up. For these exercises I track distance with a tape measure. Being able to write the distance as it changes and track it in the same note section with logs from previous sections would be very useful to me and I think others that are anal retentive about how the are progressing on a given exercise.

Music won’t play

Gurta125 on

Got referred to the app via Reddit and it’s pretty good so far. Biggest drawback so far is that my music doesn’t play in the background even if I’m not playing the instructional videos and I turned the sound off in the app.
