Can’t sign in

Never had a problem with precooking a taxi, however it’s completely useless if you need a taxi now! I normally keep signed in on the app, however I went to double check my booking and I’ve been signed out of the app. When trying to sign in again I keep getting a message saying that my email address or password is invalid, I’ve tried resetting the password but it still won’t sign in! I think I’ll just stick to calling the office when I need a taxi!
