攔截依靠客戶舉報，收集數據，但現在發現當個人黑名單已滿（約只有200個）的時候，便不能舉報。那變相每個客戶只能舉報200次。以後便無以為繼，數據怎樣運作下去。 首先為何舉報的號碼自動填入個人黑名單，以前不是這樣，而且只有200個太不現實，每天已經可能有數過垃圾電話。數個月便用滿了。 我記得以前舉報不會列入個人黑名單，個人黑名單需要手動填入的。務必修正。

Getting worse and worse
When I first subscribed to this service some years ago, this app was very effective in blocking out most junk calls. These days, however, it only seems to be blocking out about one in four such calls. SmarTone's junk caller database appears to be hopelessly out of date. SmarTone needs to get its act together. This is a paying service after all.
