I didn’t get my stuff after made a payment three time
Dear developers I really love your game and I even made a purchase in your game but I sometimes I don’t get my reward after made a payment...there is three purchase that I don’t get the rewards please can you as developers check my acc and if you guys can’t give my money back...just give all my purchase that it hope you guys can fix this...btw I really love this game it’s so fun to play... so far there is one problem I get when I play this game

Great game but i hate thesse thing first i join the game with a link that give me 1 month of a member of the height command and i can change the fire control of a unit and build 5 unit in a order but now i don't I don't have the height command and I can't the fire control of a unit and I can't make unit in order i hate these thing i hope you can make it free
Cant open the game
I’ve built my empire in Europe and Asia, suddenly i can’t open the game.Please fix this problem for me.
I like the game but...
There are some things that I dislike which is the fcat that you can pay to win in this game..I've played around 5 world at war games already and its really fun since you get to meet other players but in every game,theres always a player that has high command which gives him the advantage..And in the end the pay to win player always win..It is somehow frustrating that he could manage to build such a big army in a ridiculous amount of time while you're desperately supressing the enemy with very little units so I hope you guys can at least do something about it.My suggestion is to turn the gold system or the high command into something a bit more friendly such as giving the player a chance to name their province/country or let the player choose whatever kind of doctrine they like...it seems preferable if its like that to me at least...But overall the game is very addicting and its very fun to play even if you dont have friends
great game
this is one of the best games i have ever played in the first match i joined the people were quiet stratigic in how they played. and then i noticed the time for production takes so i was not sure what to do for the extra time i had, so i got into a few more games and turned on my notifications and i was busy for hours. great game
Don have an clear indication on game reset
I just started a new game and wasted 20k gold and suddenly pop up something and I thought it was a campaign or event..
Eventually it restarted my game to new game!! 1 day new game and 20k gold gone!! OMG!
Improvements needed
This game is a very good concept and is like a Hearts of Iron on mobile. However there are many things you can improve to make this game much better and enjoyable. Firstly is to change the length of building and moving troops. This shouldn’t be taking 18 or 20 minutes Real time. It takes up too much time and makes the game less enjoyable. It should just move when I tell so that I can attack quicker and easier. Another change is the amount of countries. There should be every country in the world that you can play with. That makes it a lot more entertaining. Of course I just started so I’m not sure if there is all the countries but there should be. You should also change the gold pricing for quickening the construction or product or research. It is too much and with the time it’s not fun. I hope you take my suggestions into consideration. This can be a really famous and good War game but there must be improvements in the gameplay, and there should be more countries in to make it more enjoyable and represents diversity.
