Call Recorder - Cube ACR

This is the send time I’ve had a problem with the app and I haven’t gotten responses. I could not open an important interview which I recorded to listen and personally transcribe. When I tried to send a message to the support@apps within the CUBE app, the arrow button would not send. I took screenshots of the message and sent to the address site given by regular Text. I have not gotten a response and time is crucial. They do not provide a phone number to be able to call a Help Line. It is very frustrating!

This app is perfect for anyone needing to gather specific information from phone interviews. No matter where you are, your work can be done. Highly recommend.

I’ve had no issue while using this app until I just realized my conversation where recorded but no voice was. Overall good app to use.

Downloaded this app to possibly record conversations with Landlord. Never used it. They never sent a reminder for trial ending I canceled the next day and asked for a refund and request was denied.

The recorder will not record the other caller. I would like a refund please

I downloaded this because of the built-in transcription, but it’s been over 5 days and the app still says that it’s “transcribing” … customer support was no help. Just said that they would “look into it.” Now I have a long call recorded and no transcript.

Recently switched to iPhone, and now I see that the app is pay to use.

I only downloaded this app thinking it would auto record all incoming calls and outgoing calls made. A family member suggested this app and it no longer has the option to auto record. I would like to be refunded if that is the case.

I have used this app for years. There are things that change about its functionality, without much warning, that will find your call recording history blank all of a sudden. It used to record calls (inbound and outbound) automatically. Now you have to manually initiate. I will never remember to do this last minute, so it has become much less useful for my use case. I need to be able to record ALL calls so nothing is missed. With that said, you should know it is not their fault, it is the iOS and Android platform rolling out these restrictions. Need to find a developer that is possibly not on the certified developer platforms to override this. In the place that I live, it is legal to have only 1 party in a conversation be privy to the call recording. Too bad the platform + developer cannot offer the relevant app for my scenario.
