Charged card without consent
I downloaded and tried didn’t work then I realized it’s automatically subscribed after trial. I right away cancelled but it’s charged and no one is helping for refund. Money making scam.
Disappointing app ever
This app is crazy didn’t work total, how can I get my annual subscription back ? Very disappointed and time wasting .
Does not work
Extremely annoyed that an absolutely crucial 19 minute phone call did not show up in “my recordings” even an hour after the call ended. How hard is it to make a good call recording app??? Do not waste your time with this application you will just be left disappointed.

You guys have charged me 75$ for this app that I have deleted a week ago and just signed up for my PayPal last night !!! I need someone to reach me and explain what the hell that is !!
Doesn’t work
I recorded an interview on this app for 26 minutes last week, but it never shown up in my recordings! It was maybe a minor bug, there is maybe a processing issue and the app can’t transfer the recordings into my account? Could you look it up? I paid for a 1 year subscription and I want to be able to use this app. I wrote a message on your website (yulta.biz) with all my info for some assistance. Thanks for getting back to me
One star unless the situation is rectified
I am a researcher and was using this app for the first of many interviews to record an interview that was intended to be at least 1 hour or more. Firstly, my interview recording for the hour that was to be recorded by this app still hasn’t shown up in my recordings on the app (it’s been a whole hour). Secondly, the call to the recording service dropped about an hour into interview, when the interview itself was 1 hour and 45 minutes long. This meant that my interviewee was still talking to me, while the recording was no longer running. I need access to the recording that was taken for the first hour of the interview, but it’s still not appearing in the app’s “My Records” screen. For a recording app that has 5 stars, I expected much better quality and reliability. If a support person can contact me to help me with this issue, I will update my rating.
Can’t find the recording
I recorded a phone call, but is not showing up in the recordings. Did I just spend the money for no reason?

This app never worked in Canada even with paid subscription. Apple or provider never cared to return the money when requested !
Does not work
Works with just direct number. Won’t work when calling through extension number
