When playing any music I’ve got the volume on my phone on the highest setting but it’s still far too to low to hear properly. When I checked the sound from my other apps they’re all working fine. So I know it’s not my phone but it’s the Calm Radio is the problem. Any suggestions on how I can fix this issue?
The worst experience I have ever had. Just try to cancel and they give you the runaround. I have been trying to cancel for 6 months. Their stupid fake computer people. I have contacted police and more. Am going to small claims court .
What I was charged was not the price shown - I was charged more than the noted sale price and I’ve had no communication back from customer service when I reached out to them right away.
This is really the very best of the best there is out there! Great for every occasion whether it is for meditation, reading, studying, working and working out, or just a quiet background music to enjoy while cooking. Really and now they made it even better by adding a channel for dogs with separation anxiety… how great can this be? Thank you for your creativity, your kindness. Very disappointed with your customer support! When I asked the help, it was for the renewal at 299$ lifetime membership! It is that deal I want to secure! So now I understand that I will only have a one year subscription for 144$ ! WOW, if I live 2 years by now you win! And you try to be cool with a possible deal on holidays, but I think it is to believe in Santa Claus! Each time I see the opportunity to lifetime membership, I can’t access it or only processing for hours and can’t subscribe! If this deal doesn’t exist, why did you bother to announce it! I am a customer since 2018… but I will consider another service if I found one!

Depuis environ 6 ans calm radio m’accompagne à mon milieux de travail en ostéopathie de façon quotidienne. Mes clients adorent la musique qui est sélectionnée avec grande expertise. La grande diversité musicale est appropriée selon l’ambiance recherchée. J’adore cet application et plus souvent qu’autrement elle m’accompagne aussi pour dormir.
