Where did the barcode scanner go???? 😫 it was so convenient!
I really dislike that they took away the scan option for logging food. It was helpful on busy days, but once you’ve logged something it is easy to find in your history. I wish you could save a meal so that’s it’s easier to log during the week as I often reparation things that work for my net balance goals. The advice portion is a bit mundane. Suggestions would be better if they included foods to get you were you need to be. I often get the same advice daily which doesn’t seem super helpful. A verity would be more helpful. Overall this is a great way to keep track of what you are eating and a way to motivate you to keep on working toward your health goals. You can’t beat the paid price and for the most part I'm happy with it.
Change serving sizes to like 1/2 or 1/4
I am using this to track meals for my wife. She has: Congestive Heart Failure, COPD and kidney problems so she is on a very low sodium diet with a fluid restriction. She's also diabetic so she needs to watch her carb intake. The app seems to do well for tracking what she eats but it is seriously lacking at observing and advising for her restrictions.
I love this app. Simple to use. Easy to track my calories, water intake etc.
I enjoy the app so far. I like how you can add foods and find foods by the barcodes. I also like how it tells you what nutrients you need more or less of like sodium, fats, potassium, fiber, etc. I would like it more if it had sugar and added sugar apart of the nutrients you need more or less of. Other than that I enjoy it :))
Not very helpful at all. Same advice for everything…waste of time & money.
the details on what u need more and less of and possible foods to eat is very helpful. tracking ur daily calorie output as well is too however there is one big issue. When creating foods you can only do calories and nutrients when u should be able to create meals and recipes that u can tweak depending on how much u eat or cook with. For example, ground beef mashed potatoes and cheese should be able to be put into a meal that can be always easily accessible without having to relog everything that went into a meal everytime. the exercise is full of problems. first you can’t search or add in the calories yourself so i had to just pick yoga and change it til it gave me the calories and i used a separate app to get those calories since this app just did not have what was necessary. also workouts need to be able to be logged with time OR reps. i am not counting my push-ups or sit-ups with time i count them by how many i do as nearly everyone does. i originally was giving a 3 star review but after seeing the exercise i have to give a 2 star review.
Ive never counted calories and it has been so much fun with this app. I am learning tons!
