Simple, Easy and Perfect
Can’t really say much wrong about this app, as someone who mainly consumes pre packaged meals that have all the nutritional information on, this app is absolutely perfect at tracking what I’ve eaten in the day. Such a simple idea that most of these apps like MyFitnessPal make so confusing and over the top. All you need is a simple entry, an ability to add foods into a memory system to quickly add again, a log/history of progress over weeks and months and a BMR value input to see how under or below the threshold you are on the week. This app has all of that. Great app and I only get 1 ad a day which is even better.
