I decided to check this app out. It is not what I was looking for but since I bought the membership online I had to email them to cancel. They were quick to reply and confirm my subscription would be cancelled. Giving it 4 stars because although not what I needed, the app seems to have a good amount of recipes and a good option to build your meal plan.
SCAM
This app is a scam. I tried a free trial that I have been trying to cancel for months. It tells you that you cancel your subscription through your Apple subscriptions but it doesn’t appear there. There is no way to manage it through the app.
Scam!!
Cancelled the subscription months ago but still getting charged 1-2X a month. Apple subscriptions doesn’t show as me being subscribed anymore and there’s no web login to check for a subscription on there. Emails have been sent to cancel, but this is a definitely fraudulent app, the main contact for support is a Gmail account. Do not sign up.
DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP
They continue to charge you even if you sign up for a seven day plan. It does not show up on Apple ID so no way to cancel the charges. Very misleading and fraudulent
DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP
This company will charge you even if you take out a free trial and cancel it.
It is not listed in my Apple subscriptions, and I have no email from them advising me of any charge, yet I was charged $10 then $54 within a few hours of each other.
Total scam. Charges have been reported as fraudulent.
Company is based in Estonia and the developer’s contact is a Gmail address.
Do not subscribe
Meal mentor continues to take money out even after you cancel your membership and then they say as per rules they cannot refund you anything so I strongly advise you not to go with this app as I’ve had trouble with it for many months trying to get my money back! They are very unhelpful
Super Suspicious App
After realizing this app was not working the way it was advertised, I went about “deleting” my account. To make sure my information was actually deleted, I went ahead and tried signing in again and got in no problem…so clearly the “delete” feature is not actually deleting anything. Emailed the company and also reported them to Apple. I would not download this app, super suspicious.
Cannot access to recipes
What is the use of an app that you cannot use? It’s been now 12 hours I cannot access any recipes. I first was very happy, because all the recipes were easy and seems tasty, but now I cannot try even a single one, since the app keeps telling me that I don’t have internet!!! How is this possible since I can log in and out easily and use all my other apps? I restart my cellphone twice , but still nothing!! I want a refund please!
Scam app
This app lets you take subscriptions but no way to know what the subscription was for. It doesn’t show on apple pay. No way to track it. No way to cancel it. No way to get refund. Why is this on app store???
I regret getting this…
Cute app, all seems good and all but everything is all over the place… a black coffee 240cal? Are you serious?
The recipes idea are not even worth it, making you buy items that cannot be use on the next recipe is a waste. I dont wanna spend my day cooking…
I liked it at first glace but its not usable.
