Developers do NOTHING to fix problems with the app. You cannot select a monthly or yearly subscription. The pop up window has BOTH selected so you cannot select either!!! Great programming!!!!
Evidently this app is not supported. Suddenly went blank. Was good for awhile.
Don’t purchase this app…you cannot get support from their help line. I have written to them in reference to trying to log in and getting an error message about the site and have received a response that they are working on it. It has been three weeks and they are still working on it and more subscriptions is running down.
This app is a great idea but subscribing to remove ads doesn’t work and entering a quantity covers up the info with the number pad. Fix your buggy app please, thanks!
I really like the "ControlMyWeight" and "Calorie King" apps. They are connected within the apps, and the subscription pages are the same. However, when you purchase an annual subscription for one app, it does not seem to apply to the second app. I have emailed customer support and am waiting for an answer from them.
I love this app! I use it all the time. I only have one issue. Recently ads have appeared. I pay an annual subscription fee, yet suddenly ads are interrupting my use. I don’t think it is fair to start running ads on paid subscriptions. When will the ads stop?
I just downloaded this to track carbs for my son with T1D. It was recommended by the hospital. The first three foods I tried to scan (products by huge national brands) could not be found. Deleting the app.
We pay a subscription fee. We still get ads. The search system is awful. I trust the nutrition data. I’m dad to a T1.
Has all the places we eat and saves time.
