Description

Using the calories table you can define the energy value of the most popular food items and cooked foods. As well, you can learn and correct your daily eating. General list includes the information on energy, carbohydrates, proteins and fats content in 100 grams of food. Energy value is expressed in kilocalories (kcal). The app contains more than 8700 items, and for your convenience it is separated into sections, and food items are listed in alphabetic order. Data in table are maximally exact, but you shall remeber that cooking peculiarities of some food influence the energy value and content of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

great app really helps

Calorie counting

I would rather just have a list of product calories by the 28 grams in each category and named commercial products. This would be just so simple

I’ve seen other reviews saying that the search function kicks you off the app; I’m guessing that must’ve been fixed now, since I don’t seem to have the same problem. It’s a good app if you just want to quickly look up the calorie content e.t.c. of different foods. It’s simple and basically just tells you what you want to know! 👍

Amazing!!

Honestly it is hard at the start but once you get used to it, it is amazing very recommended for people who are trying to lose weight and needs to count their calories one thing that is not too good about this app is the search doesn’t work when I hit search in the app it sends me back to my home screen
