I love that I can disable the macro water and fasting trackers and disable calories burned all of which I consider distractions. The UI is clean without visual clutter and doesn’t waste your time with unnecessary questions, popups or steps. It can log ad hoc calories such as 5000kj for a party without needing to create a new food first. It calculates the weekly and monthly calorie averages which are arguably more relevant than any day of overeating. You don’t need a food database. Most people who have tracked their diet know we eat the same things all the time. You just add these to custom foods. I have lost 20kg using this app and continue to use it during maintenance.
