Yep keeps telling me to update but I have allready updated . Doesn’t work .

No more… firstly missed out on my bonus points then on very next try it was telling me to update when I already have the latest update

Tried to use ap for 4c discount. Neither my partner or me could open the ap. Said I needed to update, click on update, just takes you back to original ap with a frozen screen. CaltexGo ap should allow you to manually get points and refund discount missed when ap doesn’t work.

Never works waste of time just don’t use there petrol now it’s a Rip off

Why is it asking me to update the app when I already have. Won’t let me open it.

I signed up fine unlike other reviewers here but the in-store experience is very slow since they change it from a simple QR code scan to a very long process of the operator keying in lots of stuff. Makes it embarrassing to use.

Last straw yesterday. It’s telling me to update but I’m up to date. Miss out on my discount because the lady said I have to update it. 😡 most of the time the person just overrides it and I get my discount. They often say it’s not working. Yes on the occasion that it does work. It works okay. But I think that’s only been a handful of times when I’ve been more than 50 times. Not getting my discount yesterday. Yes it’s only small but I should get a discount. Why do you have this app? If it doesn’t benefit the customer you ask us to sign up and it’s been nothing but a headache. 😤 please look at it and fix it. Thank you.

Open app. Go to sign up. Enter OTP. Can auto paste from the iMessage no problem. Then forced to enter email. Have to open mail app to get OTP. Copy, paste, go back to Caltex app and it is back at the login in sign up screen. No way to signup. Why have to have a OTP for both. Why force people to change app. Looks like a history of this.
