We had to wait about 2hours for the bus. The bus had no AC and it was really dirty. The driver wanted us to pay 5‘000 because of the highway - but we payed 9 dollars for the ticket already! We would not recommend this agency.
Yesterday I choose your bus service for this one way trip and was very happy. The bus leaves Phnom Penh on time, the driver was save and very friendly. We arrived Kep beach exactly on time. I can recommend your company.
