Terrible scanning ability

Program takes photos okay but the info uploaded is all wrong so has to be manually fixed. A waste of time!!!

Doesn’t handle colour well

I work in the video game industry and have a couple thousand cards I wanted to scan from people I’ve met over the last few years. After the first dozen, I realized this would be impossible. I was scanning in ideal conditions. There was a flat background and a dedicated light to eliminate shadows. All the pictures were big, and in focus. The success rate was only around 20%. Any card that wasn’t white, black, or gray it would seem to try to turn it white. If the card used a serif font, it would fail. It can’t tell the difference between an email and a social media handle and produces garbage. It might just be faster to enter all the information manually.

Had the free version with all my cards, then app went to paid subscription (money grab), now I cannot access my cards. App developer is a pathetic crook

Free Version - Useless

Useful APP, except You can’t export you scanned Cards to Outlook without a Paid subscription @ 60.99 per year.

An absolutely amazing App

An absolutely amazing App. Cannot live without it. Yet after so many years needs corrections after scannong

Lost Cards!!!

My older version no longer works. The App Store tells me I need an upgrade, but only the new version loads and my old cards are still not available. Insult to injury… when I click to get help from the company, I get a 404 error.

Unreal

Had the free version with over 80 business cards and with out notice i can’t open the app anymore as it needs updating and it never got updated due to a new version that got created, so i downloaded the new version but i cant import all my cards so i lost several years of important cards i had collected. Now im lost and can’t regain my cards and i never kept originals as i trusted this app. 🤬. I sent a message and never got a response. Will never use this app again and do not recommend it, with out notice they just clear your info.

Losing contact information

Hi Sir. I have used your app many years without any subscription requirements. I found that I am not able to access to all of my previous contact information since you made a new policy of subscription. I tried to log in with an email, unfortunately there is nothing showing after I logged in. Could you please advise how I can find my previous contact information? Thank you and best regards,
