Terrible instructions

I cannot figure these instructions out. The device needs to be reset now and I cant figure out how to do that either. They need to make a video using a native english speaker that shows how to do everything step by step. I even resorted to youtube and found an equally terrible video which answered none of my questions. Everything but the device is terrible

What happened to sound ?

Hi its been several days sound on function disappeared what happened? Why you are not fixing it. Before i was turning on sound by clicking and holding icon now its not clickable

WiFi setup not clear

It can be difficult to setup camera for WiFi as the setup instructions and interface are not clear on what needs to be done. WiFi unfortunately only works on 2.4 gig WiFi network not 5G so make sure your router is setup with a 2.4 gig network as well as 5G if you have a 5G dual band router. Once setup, it works well though.

Does what it’s supposed to do.

My only complaint is there’s no night vision. Other than that, it’s just like every other cheap spy cam but this one is great because nobody would know is a camera.

This app is still working after all the others have shut down. If the camera doesn’t connect to the wifi, reset the camera thru the app. Now I have remote viewing and it’s clear. The company does respond to emails and gives good advice to address problems. Also use a new unformatted memory card. It’ll save headaches. I like that I can FF thru recorded videos with having to download them.

No support 5G connection

Unfortunately it’s too hard to understand the translated instructions, and it also doesn’t work. If it worked or if the English was better I think this camera would be awesome, but I had to give up
