It works most of the time but it would be good if you could use Apple Shortcuts or have something on Apple CarPlay to activate the gates.

System been offline for 3 days now 10 Nov 2024. So no control via mobile

Great when the app is on line, however it is not on line allot of the time. Other apps work fine, Contacted came uk support. They said it is not the app causing the issue most likely a signal problem. We can see a mobile mast from our kitchen window, so who do we turn to next.

We had trouble with the app and loss of connection when first installed. We called CAME technical support who advised us to remove the gate from the gateway list and then add it again. Since then the app has performed 100% and our 2g signal is pretty poor, as long as we have mobile signal on our phones we can see and control the gates perfectly.

Great app when it works! A lot of the time you have no idea what it’s doing. If you can’t see the gate your controlling don’t bother. I use a camera to see what the gates actually doing. Shows opening/closing randomly and doesn’t match what the gates doing. Often comes up offline randomly so can’t do anything unless you have a fob close range to control it

The app now shows my gate automation constantly offline!! Every time there is an upgrade the app raises another issue. Totally sick of this crap, unfortunately sold as part of my gate automation package. The guys have no experience on unit and system testing. They realise the software fir us users to test. Avoid at all cost.

Recent update broke the app. Now I cannot use it at all. Avoid.

Your app seems to have made some odd changes since you updated it the other day. An explanation or some help to correct would be ideal.

Since the App update the language has reset to Italian and no options to change back to English?

Since updating your App yesterday, our App has stopped working and says it’s no longer supported. The App has been overwritten and is now showing in a foreign language. What do we do now?
