La nuova Accessibility Room del CAMeC risponde all'esigenza di amplificare la sua missione di servizio pubblico e la sua vocazione inclusiva: è uno spazio che espone importanti opere appartenenti alle collezioni, dedicato a tutte le abilità.
Grazie ad un allestimento privo di barriere percettive e sensoriali, gli utenti con diversa sensibilità e mobilità possono vivere l'esperienza della visita accedendo alle informazioni in autonomia.
In particolare i visitatori non vedenti o ipovedenti possono muoversi seguendo un percorso plantare, leggere in braille o ascoltare la narrazione descrittiva delle opere, toccare la fedele riproduzione tattile mentre le persone con sordità possono usufruire di video con spiegazioni in LIS e video sottotitolati .
