App is not compatible with the camera I have so tried to get a refund within a hour of purchasing and they refused.
Warning!
I bought this expensive app expecting to be able to use it with a miniature camera I purchased, but it apparently was not compatible. I obviously had not used the app so applied for a refund as it was purchased by mistake. My application was refused even after an appeal! I find this very disappointing and would advise any person to seriously reconsider dealing with a company with such appalling customer service. They could at least have made contact with me to explore and help resolve my problem.

Paid a year subscription for this (thinking I had the camera) turns out I don’t have the camera for the subscription but apple won’t allow a refund and I can’t even get in contact with the app developers! I paid for a subscription I can’t even use! I don’t even know what camera I could buy to use the subscription! I find this really unfair!! £49.99 is a lot of money that I won’t get back and I can’t even use the app!!
Very poor service
I been trying for a few weeks now too get in touch with someone over two payments taken out of my account One for monthly payment the other a full years payment And I just get past from one to another with no success So if your thinking about using this company I’d don’t bother it’s useless anyway
