안녕하세요 해당 앱을 잠시나마 사용했던 이용자입니다. 무료 테스트만 사용해보고자 다운 받았다가 이후 자동 구독을 취소하지 못했습니다. 22일 자동 결제 되자마자 구독 취소 했습니다. 한달에 45000원을 이용하기엔 너무나도 비쌉니다. 또한, 무료 사용 1번 외에는 이용하지 않았구요. 환불 꼭 부탁드립니다

구독이 자동갱신되어 9/1일 오후 2시 20분 경 결제가 되었습니다. 달리 문의를 넣을 연락망을 찾지 못하여 리뷰에 환불요청 넣습니다. 오후 7시경 결제가 된 것을 확인하고 즉시, 구독취소했습니다. 한 주에 9900원이면 너무 비싸고, 무료 평가판 사용했을 때,와이파이 이용 카메라에서 움직임 감지 녹화 시, 카메라 구동 타이밍 중 뭔가 안 맞이서 그런지, 카메라가 있어도 못 잡아냈어요. 구독 취소하는 것을 잊어버렸는데, 자동 갱신되었어요. 환불요청합니다.

Don’t waste your time. I stood 3 feet in front of my security camera and got no detection - and the “scanner” doesn’t work at all. Nothings free - so I spent 99 cents for a trial, yet no way to cancel the app.
