Can’t use the second device as a monitor! What’s the point?!
You can’t see the image on the remote! Use Camera Remote on Apple Watch where you can view the image on the watch, a much better alternative.
This doesn’t allow you to preview the picture on the other device and else it would be a great little app. Shame and was a waste of money
Doesn’t work for me. Complete waste.
Paid for app and downloaded to phone. Logged onto iPad and downloaded it - free! And it works! Simple to use! iPhone as camera and iPad as remote. Would have given it 5 stars if it allowed me chose video on the iPhone.
It’s a con. Does not work!
This simple app allows you to take pictures with your iPhone camera, remotely, from an iPad. I use it to photograph pictures that I convert to digital images. I set the iPhone in a mount, over the picture, and use the iPad to center the subject photo under the camera without having to look at the iPhone screen. When I am satisfied with the lighting and positioning. I remotely trigger the iPhone’s camera to capture the shot. I then review the result on the iPad and repeat the process with my next picture.
That’s it, does not work.
When I discovered that the app would only display vertically on the iPad, I stopped trying to set it up.
Cannot use phone as camera and use iPad as monitor.
