I’ll just pay $5.40 for this app and it’s not working…When I open the app it goes completely black and doesn't work at all. I need my money back

This app is worthless. It keeps crashing. Pls provide an update or remove it from the App Store

After downloading the app, I click on it to open, but it immediately shuts down. I cannot even get on the app at all.

I’m trying to use it on my iPhone 16 Pro Max and when I press the app, it just goes back to the home screen… now I wasted my money on this M2 crane because I can’t use it correctly

Dear Sir and Madam, I got the gift ( Gimbal Zhiyun smooth 4 ) from my boss along time ago. But I have problems with the Zhiyun Smooth 4 the apps in my Iphone. I want to download the Zhiyun apps but I always to got rejected it. Because I want to balance the gimbal with my iphone. Please to help me out the problems. And thank you so much for attention. This app does not work. Also full of grammatical errors

I used the app for my gimbal to record a basketball camp. I would start recording and stop. Then start the next one. It never asked me if I wanted to save the video so I assumed it saved them. The videos I took are not where to be found. All day of videos gone.

Wooooow I buy a $300 weebill S and this is the app they provide? What a horrible disappointment. Poorly coded, poorly worded sections within the app, poorly designed, poor interface, poor instructions, poor English translation, poor connectivity. FAILFAIL FAIL FAIL,
