This is the viewer app for CameraFTP cloud surveillance and recording service. You can view / play back cameras in your account, or view shared / public cameras. CameraFTP.com offers a revolutionary security and monitoring service for home and business. It is compatible with most IP cameras/NVRs. You can save camera/NVR cost by using CameraFTP Mobile Security Camera app or CameraFTP VSS software. With CameraFTP camera apps, the live view and 2-way video calling features are free. It is better than IP camera or Baby Monitor. CameraFTP also offers free trial and very limited cloud recording service for free. You can optionally order a low-cost cloud recording service starting at only $1.50-$2.50/camera/month.

The app is free, but I have subscribed to have camera video uploaded and saved when motion is detected by the camera. Recordings are kept for 7 days, and I can view any captured video recorded over the last 7 days. You can subscribe to upload snapshots or video when movement is detected - but don’t make the mistake I initially made of subscribing to upload snapshots but setting up the camera to upload video! Do this and you can download the video from the CameraFTP’s web site but this app will not work!

Cannot select other date/time

Date/time selector not working. Zoom limited until image firs screen... not good if you have a high resolution camera and want to see more detail on a particular frame.

Buggy software that can't seek a timeframe properly when playing back. Tries to download images from the selected timeframe and most of the time fails.

The cameraftp app works very nicely on iPhone and iPad. It allows you to easily browse the back images within your multiple camera database. I have been using the app often and reliably for months however the iOS7 update seems to have made the image viewing a little unreliable. When I am scanning across the days pictures many of them do not appear. Normally these appear briefly and the software skips on to the next image. This does not appear to happen any more adn the screen is left blank. The web site interface does not suffer the problem however I dont find that as easy to use. If the iOS app could be fixed then that would be great restoring the app to 5 out of 5. Thanks.

It’s very impressive. Though you must have a camera and use cameraftp service. But you can use a webcam, or a smartphone as ip camera. Super easy to setup. You can live view or play back camera footage, or even video call a remote mobile security camera or webcam. Good for security surveillance and baby monitor.

Have been using this app for several years now. If there are any issues the developer is quick to send out an update to fix the problem. I have 5 cameras on the program and everything works as it should.

This app is easier than other camera viewers, if you can configure your cameras to upload to cameraftp. The price is quite low for home monitoring service.

I paid 2.99 already and i'm still not able to record video just pictures. I cant change screen size or frames per second either.
