Is Camp Australia legit?

I’m unable to login to my account on the app. It simply says ‘generic failure’. I’ve tried forgot password and resetting, and tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no luck. From iPhone XR. Please bug fix.
Ridiculous
Have been trying to open the app for the last half hour and keep getting the spinning wheel of death. Have deleted and reloaded the app, hoping this may fix the issue… nope. Switched from WiFi to 5G, still nope. How am I supposed to make a booking?!

It’s asking questions that are none of their business.
New update bookings procedure faulty
The latest update doesn’t allow you to see the availability of sessions when selecting them. I can’t see to book any sessions that don’t already exist
Unable to see multiple kids on calendar
I prefer the older version of the app that showed each child emoji on the calendar. I need this feature back as have multiple kids that do different after school care and holiday care days. The new version of this app has taken away functionality I required and replaced it with more clunky features.
February’s Update
The removal of the child icons off the booking page os a negative. Was so easy to see form the icons who was booked in if you had multiple children. Please put this feature back on!
Needs more features.
When making bookings I am able to make multiple bookings for multiple children, when cancelling bookings I have to cancel each session individually.
How about adding a feature to make multiple cancellations?
Also I saw that my last payment was to be made a few days after the start of February, when I went to billing to make the payment (before the due date) I was told it was overdue… it seems that the payment date was changed, it’s not the first time that has happened.
No notifications from the app or emails telling me a payment is due…
Ok could be better
Works for the most part but viewing photos in the app taken by staff is simply terrible. No zoom or ability to manage the photo and most of the time they are not viewable. Editing bookings, especially cancelling select dates is buggy, can’t select a date range in the calendar. Could be better optimized.
Needs basic stability fixes
Sessions show as fully booked in the app when they have availability, so I have to call up each time to book, and then get told at the end I should use their handy app
The phone field from the app put hyphens in my phone number, so when I call on the phone because the app doesn’t work, they can’t find me by phone number and I need to hunt down the account number
