I have spent about 80€ on a game that after a reload discarded all of my process including al of my purchases. After contacting the office ive been told to send them a receipt of purchases and they will refund the money I spent, but after doing what I was asked to do I got no reply for about a month now. I have been trying to contact everyone on AMARITA, but I do not get any replies.
Ads rewards not scaling with increase of money needed. Expensive packs. Good for a while

Deleted. Progress is so slow and repetitive and the mini games are rigged. Hilariously bad game from a trying to engage with customers and make money perspective.
I build up energy over the week so when the events arrive I have a lot of extra on hand. Apparently that’s not allowed because I’m noticing that I am loosing large amount of excess energy whenever I log in. Is this happening to anyone else?
By “fixes and improvements” they mean “no more freebies.” Events are never announced, which was fine. Prior to the last update your event funds were protected until your first log-in during the event time. Now? Your event funds are fair game for PvP stealing before you’re even aware of the event taking place. So now there’s no announcement and no protection, but I can buy the protection again for about $5 per event? Hard pass. I’ll likely keep the app but can’t see myself interacting with the extra content that was free prior to the last update.
The game won’t open it will only pull up the loading screen and the loading bar stops at like 35% if there is a bug can you fix it please.
This app hasn’t worked for a month! No updates in MANY months! Don’t waste your time with this garbage game.
