It doesn’t record any of the footage that it sends you a notification about so if you don’t watch it RIGHT THEN AND THERE , it’s pointless. Take forever to load live video . I paid for a year in advance and it’s a total ripoff

I shouldn’t have to get a subscription in order to see who’s been at no door and everyone in my family should be able to view it at the same time instead of kicking people off the app as a new person log in.

I have installed this device on my front porch. It has difficulty connecting to network. But it does have a great picture if it lets you check your area. Audio is clear so far.

So my question is this, if you aren’t going to offer any sort of loop for recording,why is there not an SD card slot at the very least? You have to buy a subscription with this or you can’t record anything or take any pictures?? doesn’t that kind of defeat the purpose of a doorbell cam?? in my opinion it does there should be more than one option. I’m definitely one of those people that doesn’t like to feel backed into a corner that I have to purchase something in order to use a product. Honestly, I would rather just return them at that point. Especially when it’s not disclosed Before the purchase was made. At the very least we should be given a choice.really a bad feature….

Already got a subscription for 1 year….. I’m trying to connect my other camera but it want let me…. I hope I don’t have to purchase a subscription for each camera from the same company 🤨 Help me Where do I find my account info I don’t see it I need to be able to add 2 devices to my subscription please fix this in app…. I have already purchased a subscription I should be able to view all my smart doorbells through this app if I purchased….. feedback & being able to add more than one device would be great THANK YOU LETS SEE HOW LONG THIS TAKES OR IMA DISPUTE WITH MY BANK FOR MY MONEY BACK…..

It’s an ok doorbell. I say ok because it will notify you when someone pushes the button but will not when it detects motion

The smart doorbell I purchased is so much nicer than I expected. So worth the money. It was only $15something. It was super easy to hook it only a few minutes. The picture is really clear. So happy with my purchase. The best I can do with the name is Camgivil smart doorbell. Its about 6 1/2 inches long and 2 inches wide. I bought the black one. It also looks expensive. Can’t say enough.

The electronics themselves work great! I enjoy that it pairs with my Alexa well and, that it has a chime feature! All that works great! However, I cannot for the life of me retrieve “ playbacks” North, do I get any notification when motion is detected?! I did see where and how to adjust motion detection. However, I don’t see anywhere to adjust notifications! I purchased and registered for the cloud storage for a year, but have no clue how to access that and no way to find tutorials.!! so the only great benefits when I’m at home. I’ve never gotten a notification at least, not in real time other than when someone rings the doorbell…. Frustrating!!!!HELP!? anyone know where I can find a tutorial because I’ve searched and it seems nonexistent! Thanks

This cam requires Cloud service subscription or you can’t access the video recording history, even though it has 30 days free. The PIR human detection is not activated or because there’s no cloud service? Also, the length of the camera is longer then Ring or other brands of doorbell cameras. I was trying to put it to the door clamp bracket where I usually put Ring camera, but it obviously too long to fit in.
