This app is wonderful and very useful keeping track of my migraines
I’ve tried many methods and apps to track my symptoms over the years. This is definitely the easiest one to use. There aren’t any distracting factors. The summary pages that it generates is very helpful to share with physicians. Definitely recommend!
I set a 10 pm reminder on my calendar to do the tracker daily, but wonder whether a similar feature could be incorporated into the app. I also wonder about including a duration function. Knowing whether my headaches are longer or shorter than before I began a medication would be useful. Otherwise, I like the app and find it helpful. The 3 levels of severity are easy to distinguish and report.
I like 90% of this app and find it to be a helpful way to track migraine frequency, intensity, triggers and medications, but I wish that they could retitle the "What is the impact on your workday?" screen so that it said "what is the impact on your day?" I understand that the purpose might be in order to provide reports to doctors and health insurance plans, but the focus of the question doesn't account for holidays and weekends where a person might have missed social plans that meant a lot to them, or perhaps they were sick in bed all day rather than enjoying their time off work. Or, what is likely more common, perhaps the person pushed through their workday but then immediately went to bed after work, perhaps again missing plans for fun and socializing. I know that we live under capitalism and we all have to work to live but the focus with the app seems to not account for how migraine impacts overall quality of life. Would love if you addressed this in the next rollout. Thanks.
I needed a way to track the migraines and this allows me to have data points of triggers and dates
I have daily migraines and using this app everyday and has made reporting my migraines so much easier. It’s so much easier than using the notes app, lol. It’s simple and easy to use, and I use the reporting feature to track my number of days using medication to avoid Medication Overuse Headaches. 100% recommend :) My only suggestion would be to make MOH tracking simpler by providing a summary of medication used over the past 30 days :)
Excellent app which allows me to keep track of my progress It would be better if one can select all that applies about the period of the day when the migrain attack takes place. Also, it happens that the migraine can be on one side instead of “bilateral “ Thanks
So great for tracking all the aspects of a migraine life.
